Duplicated management processes and information systems across providers represent a significant cost that is largely eliminated while improving visibility of all goods. Because of that, the traditional EDI links between providers (another significant cost) are also no longer required.

Because there is a single point of information and processes for our clients as well as the providers, visibility is improved and costs are reduced. Significantly, these cost reductions are not achieved by reducing the provider’s margins which invariably results in a reduction of service levels.
